Siwa Tour

Day 1: Cairo → Siwa & Local Exploration

• Early morning pickup from your Cairo hotel

• Drive to Siwa Oasis via Marsa Matrouh (approx. 8–9 hours with stops)

• Check-in at eco-lodge or desert camp

• Explore Shali Fortress, the ancient mud-brick city

• Relax at Cleopatra’s Spring (optional swim)

• Dinner & overnight stay in Siwa

Day 2: History & Culture Tour

• Visit Temple of the Oracle of Amun (where Alexander the Great was declared son of Amun)

• Explore Mountain of the Dead (Gebal El Mawta) with rock-cut tombs

• Enjoy sunset at Fatnas Island overlooking the salt lake

• Optional evening walk through Siwa Old Market

Day 3: Great Sand Sea Desert Safari

• 4×4 Jeep adventure into the Great Sand Sea

• Try sandboarding on the dunes

• Visit hot & cold springs in the desert

• Bedouin-style dinner with stargazing

• Overnight in desert camp or return to lodge

Day 4 (Optional): Relax & Return to Cairo

If extending to 4 days:

• Relaxing morning at Salt Lakes or Palm Gardens

• Optional cycling or quad biking tour

• Afternoon drive back to Cairo with drop-off at your hotel

If ending on Day 3: Return to Cairo right after breakfast instead.
